I felt the necessity of writing to let you know how very pleased I am with your management team and their efforts of providing superior service to the tenants at the complex. Each and every staff member goes above and beyond in providing such a pleasant experience of living here. From the front office to the maintenance team, is by far, the most professional I have ever experienced.

Our breakfasts on Saturday mornings are so nice in that you can meet other tenants and make new friends. The dinners and other events that are provided, are always so well prepared and presented.

The apartment landscape and exterior is impeccable. I feel at home with nature and my surroundings. The pool area is always beautiful. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend it to a friend.

I have been living here at Waters Edge for nine yrs. It is quiet and clean and has been an. enjoyable place to live. The maintenance come very soon after they are called. The management are friendly and helpful. I am very lucky that my backyard faces the Rio Grand river.
